3. That kind of mentality must be pushed out of the range of political power.

A major reform movement is going to be necessary. Americans are inexcusably and pathetically ignorant of their own Constitution and history. What needs to be reformed might appear to be impossible.

1. The 1 percenters who control the wealth of this country control everything else. If it ever becomes possible, that clot needs to be broken apart, dismembered and prevented from ever getting back into that position. We used to have laws against monopoly capitalism, and those need to be made stronger and enforced without exception. Those people couldn't make that kind of money without the protection of the government, and the work of the rest of the population, so I am in favor of government economic policy that prevents the kind of wealth accumulation that takes money out of the economy and puts it in private pockets where it does no good. If we don't, then we, the people, will never have a voice.

2. Our educational system needs reform and overhaul from top to bottom. Requirements for students need to be beefed up, not just in technical or money making subjects, but in history, language skills and especially civics. Teachers are the most underpaid professionals in this society, and if we're going to have the best teachers, then we need to put the money out there to adequately train them, and then pay them what they're worth. Not every social institution can be looked at for its money making potential and education is one of those. Schools are massively top heavy with administrative personel, and seriously lacking in people who can help kids realize their full learning potential. Any honest evaluaton of American public education will show that this is why fascism has a following in this country.

3. It should be a requirement of any person running for public office to pass, without missing a question, a basic test on the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the state where they are from.

4. The justice system needs overhauled. The influence of money needs to go away, it should be publicly funded, and the means that money has created to delay, or obfuscate, or hijack justice need to be removed.
