Is this idiot referring to whose skills are being thwarted by Miller? Rubio? Hegseth? Bondi?

I know Tillis is now a hero in some places, even here on DU. But he keeps on letting it out of the bag that he thinks Trump isn't the problem, it's the idiots Trump surrounded himself with, with barely a vote in opposition from Tillis and his Party, and a few useful idiots like Fetterman.
