Is it the fake image itself that's at issue, or the ease of its AI-assisted production?

Disclaimer: to date I have seen no verified pics of Trump sodomizing a goat. Further, I'm not asserting that Trump sodomizes goats, has ever sodomized a goat, or will sodomize a goat at some point in the future.
