1. Democrats can call for all the reforms they like

And maybe (some) Republicans will even agree.

On paper at least.

But why do ANY Democrats think that ICE will follow the law and actually wear the cameras and adhere to any other "reforms?"

They won't, and NOTHING will be done about it other than puffed up outrage.

Outrage is getting us nowhere while people are terrorized, disappeared, and killed.
