Really ... that's all they did was post crazy conspiracy nonsense on the internet and get people scared out of their gourds.
They have since morphed into MAGAs ... get it? That's where most of them started out, on QAnon even before Chump spoke the first word about running for President. Nutcases like Marjorie Tayler Greene freely admitted as much, and she had a lot of followers.
Those crazy people never went away ... they just morphed. Many of them were motivated by their racist rage over Obama being elected twice. Obama was even more popular in his 2nd term, and they HATED him for it.
