Nothing in his past has anything to do with law enforcement -- he was never a member of the military, police, or immigration enforcement, he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. Someone like this should not be given the funding for a private military with such a ridiculously large and unnecessary budget simply to "do his bidding". This is the WASTE and FRAUD and INSANITY at the highest level.
