Much like ICE and Border Patrol agents are trained to position themselves directly in front of stationary vehicles, to justify shooting drivers by later claiming they were "being run over," these agents are also trained to yell "gun!...gun!...gun!" at the mere discovery (and removal in this case) of a holstered gun to later justify shooting an innocent person ten times.
