Yesterday

Nancy Pelosi, then 84, fractured her hip abroad while on a junket and had a hip replacement while still overseas, in Germany.

That was 2 years ago in 2024 and she came right back after recovery and ran for reelection. But she decided not to run this year and passed the torch.

And here is one that got buried and I don't even recall it being plastered all over the news, having happened just 3 months ago -
