He "resembled the target"? A human being is not a target; ICE wasn't at any kind of shooting range. Damn right it's a homicide.

What the hell is this? Oops, my bad?

Every single day, I've almost come to expect a new outrage, but this is way beyond outrageous. This is murder. Let's see if this murderer gets protection and a GoFundMe like that other murdering ICE asshole who killed Renee Goode did.
