Republicans rigged it so a Dem POTUS can't easily fire their boy. That has to be done by a board, and the board is packed with their people. One of the mistakes Biden made was not flushing DeJoy fast enough, and appointing his own people to the Board of Governors. But I think GOPers may have blocked his nominations, too.
