2. Unequal Senate representation

A huge problem is still that every state gets 2 Senators. Montana, pop:1,151,831.... ND, pop 805,329... Wy, pop 600,000 ...etc get same Senate representation as NY, pop 19,571,216.... Ca 39.4M.... even my own lowly La, 4.62M. Set up in 1867, so the few can dictate to the many. A lot cheaper to buy 1.1M votes in Montana & get 2 Senate puppets, than to buy 39M votes in Ca for 2 puppets
