Details matter, the report is stated in such a way that makes it look like the war was started as a joint venture when we know based on other reports that Israel started this war knowing the Felon would be easily manipulated into joining the fray.

"Iran was already in talks with the United States about the fate of its nuclear programme in February when the US and Israel launched air and missile strikes that wiped out much of the Islamic republic's senior leadership."
