looked at the way the informants were paid, and decided it didn't break any tax laws, and was "legally structured". Yes, the current government jerks are still drawing it out. This is just pointing out another arm of the government looked at it all 6 years ago and decided "nothing to see here". The charges now are about "wire fraud", because the SPLC took donations over the internet, and the corrupt MFers in the DoJ are claiming that paying informants in the KKK was not what donors to the org known for infiltrating the KKK wanted to happen.
