Cautionary tales for us all.

Jim Henson was 53 years old when he died on May 16, 1990.His passing was caused by a severe bacterial infection (Streptococcus pyogenes) that led to toxic shock syndrome and acute pneumonia. The illness escalated extremely rapidly, and he passed away less than 24 hours after being admitted to the hospital in New York City.
