Anyone hanging their hat on "Republican unrest" is being played.
This is foremost a cult. Republicans in the House get erect just heating his name. They often list "licking the bottom of Donald Trump's shoe" as the greatest thing that has ever happened in their life.

If I had bank account with money in it, I would bet it all that they will come back from their break towing the company line and demanding it be approved immediately.
Their loyalty is to him and him alone.
