After Epstein received the slap on the wrist conviction in the state of Florida (light jail sentence) in 2008, Ghislaine Maxwell cut ties with Epstein at his suggestion. Epstein didn't want Maxwell to be dragged down along with him. Therefore she no longer worked for him or with him as a result, even though they remained good friends.

So I believe this Sarah Kellen became Epstein's "office manager" as a replacement for Ghislaine Maxwell. Also I think there was someone in the Little Saint James office who did the same. These women answered the phone, got the mail, and made appointments for Epstein, but they HAD TO KNOW something else was going on. It doesn't necessarily mean they participated, in the same manner than Maxwell did.
