You have to be really low income to qualify in the first place. ANY income is likely to make them ineligible for benefits. It's a way to kill social benefits without repealing them.

Any proposal like this must include a mandate for someone to hire them. To expect the disabled to get a job in a jobless economy is simply cruel.
