Yesterday

I know me and my former co-workers were run through a flaming gauntlet of annual security, procurement (including appropriations), AND ethics training, and given plenty of examples of the “fools” who dared violate any of the rules, and the consequences that befell them.

The GS-1000s? Not so much.
