We don't have to know who ordered it, what the exact orders were, who the pilot was, nor which plane dropped the bomb in order to say that yes, a bomb fell out of a plane, the bomb hit a school, the school blew up and children were killed.

Multiple accounts all posted the same identical (and improbable) talking point very quickly after the incident. Not having the scripts that were being sent out and the cashed checks doesn't change that.
