They have been tagged three times since that big case where they were adding stuff to people's accounts and forcing employees to create stuff out of thin air to meet sales goals.

We were kind of forced to go with them when we first moved here. We desperately need to change. I hope I can convince the better half to do so.

I am not a fan of that kind of business model.
