11. Wells Fargo has been on my shit list for many years

While they were supposedly working on a re-fi for my farm in CA, they foreclosed on it. After that practice was outlawed, I received a whopping $300 in a class action suit.

Years later, it was discovered they had been way overcharging on my mortgage payment for some insurance we never signed up for. At least I got a $6K reimbursement out of that.

They're crooked, and will keep up their misdeeds until they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
