the trump, republican version ? There is one hell of a difference.

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. It establishes that the "right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects" cannot be violated without probable cause and, typically, a judicially sanctioned warrant.

With respect to ICE detaining people, please note it says no “person,” not citizen.

With respect to FISA, it also requires a warrant.
