I have no doubt that they will innovate new methods, especially if some company has the patent and can charge the taxpayer more..I can almost hear alex carp grinning.

all the same, to quote gilbert and sulllivan, I am sure we all have a little list, considering many of these people did treason and espionage that would make Mata Hari blush.
