Out of 16 votes, IIRC.

There are other Trump appointees on the Fed, but they are a minority (by just 1-2 votes, but a minority nonetheless).

Warsh cannot unilaterally change rates,policies or regulations.

If somehow rates are cut despite all economic indicators in opposition, inflation will of course skyrocket, and Dems will not only take the house in the midterms, but the senate as well.
