How about, "The Republican lead Senate defeats Democrats attempt to limit T's war powers in Iran.

Otherwise, it sounds like it's these crazy Democrats against the responsible Senate. But I guess it's because it's a CBS "news" report.

How many people just read or listen to the headline, I wonder.
