all the reports of teen aged girls who are pregnant who weren't pregnant when they were put into those facilities?

My fear is a whole lotta sexual abuse and rapes are going on, along with possibility of trafficking. So many kids still unaccounted for from child separations during Trump 1.0. No accountability will always result in abuse by people with a modicum of authority over others.
