It does not matter what the 'recording' rules are. Yes, he can possibly record me all he wants.

However, if he posts even one image to anything, and I find out...

No one there has permission to use my image. There is no 'agreement' that is hidden on their receipts or the like that tries to give them permission, either.

So... lawsuit.

(Which is also a joke. But, it's not like I have any other choices. My 'brand' is all I have left.)
