As it happens, I don't think he fired any high profile women? Though a number of them left... Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Nikki Haley, Hope Hicks, Kellyanne Conway... and Betsy DeVos and Elaine Chao resigned after Jan 6.

So far this term he hasn't been as quick to replace high profile people (or they may be "relocated" rather than outright dismissed), but besides Noem, I guess there's Mike Waltz and Greg Bovino. That's all I can think of, anyway.
