Trump probably thinks he'll try to bully the UK into sending ships and troops to the Hormuz. The Europeans best bet right now is to work with Pakistan and China to broker a ceasefire and bring in the UN for enforcement and to secure cleanup and rebuilding.

Israel and the Trump organization can pay for it.
