That's our resolute Chief Executive, incapable of making or retaining an opinion. He's got a Down Pillow Mind -- his thoughts are formed by the last person who influenced him. And if there's no one around to direct his thoughts, he's at the mercy of the raccoons busy gnawing through the wires in his head.
