1. Less competent than Trump at running a country.

2. Capable of loud bluff and bluster that signify nothing.

3. Unable and unwilling to tell Trump he is mentally defective and doing it wrong.

Result?
Well, we are watching it in action now.

Let's face it, America is a world superpower in decline.

Only two things can rescue America.
1. Celebrating the day of his death and declaring that a public holiday to be repeated every year.
2. Removing anyone tainted by the smell of the Orange Menace from any position of power.
