Senator Coons statement on Iran strikes
WILMINGTON, Del. – U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-Del.), Ranking Member of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense, released the following statement after the United States and Israel launched military strikes against Iran:

“I am praying for the safety of our service members and the many civilians in the Middle East in harm’s way today. President Trump’s military campaign against Iran and call for regime change are the beginning of a reckless new war of choice with no clear strategy and no clear endpoint. This is not how a democracy goes to war. Less than five years after the end of the longest war in American history, the United States is once again staring down another open-ended conflict with a hostile country in the Middle East that could cost the lives of many American service members. This is not a limited, defensive strike, but rather a full-throated declaration of war that does not clearly serve the interests of or reflect the wishes of the American people.

And this is only a little bit of it.

There is way more at the link.

Eric Swallwell takes AIPAC money. Here is what he said:

California Rep. Eric Swalwell argues Iran never posed a threat to the US
A ‘Fox News @ Night’ panel looks at Democrats' criticism of President Donald Trump's strikes on Iran and debates the human rights abuses and nuclear ambitions of the Iranian regime, as well as the current power vacuum in the country.

Fox link so not posting it.
You can Google it if you don’t believe me.

Raphael Warnock takes AIPAC money.

Here’s what he says:
Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock opposed the strike, saying the military action put American troops and national security at risk and that Congress was bypassed.

“The United States of America is a democracy and no President has the right to declare war or to drag the nation into war,” Warnock said. “Congress should return to session immediately to debate the use of force as is our solemn duty.

I could go in but I think most people will get the point.
