...that means, at best, he was on 33-years old in 2010 so therefore Constitutionally ineligible to serve in the U.S. Senate. The whole episode was bizarre, and it doesn't look like anybody ever tried to get to the bottom of who this guy was, where he came from, and how he managed to win a Democratic primary.
