which is sitting on a motherlode, but it's hard to extract. Coming up with extraction methods/techniques was what prompted Rex Tillerson's presence in Russia way back when he headed up ExxonMobil.

ETA - I had seen some articles earlier this morning about China's experimental airborne wind turbines -

China was already a wind energy superpower. Now it’s testing giant airborne turbines
