For example, the Philly Flower Show starts today and goes all this week.

Then when the whiny baby doesn't get attention, outrageous actions get carried out.

IOW, as has been oft-posted on DU - "stochastic terrorism".

It has literally gone from frequent sloganeering and predictions, to reality.
