5. How is this not an establishment of a specific religion by a state a direct violation of the First Amendment?

Someone needs to sue. And someone needs to check the state tests to see if questions related to evangelical beliefs (many of which have nothing to do with Christianity) are being used, thus possibly causing lower scores for students of other religions.
