Riding bikes--while legally drunk--at night on a road shared with cars was not a smart decision. It turns out the brothers both had blood alcohol levels higher than the level of the drunk driver who killed them. None of them should have been on that road that night. It was a perfect storm to cause a tragic accident.

I'm done with this discussion.
