3. Enterprise ripped me off.

I returned a car in perfect condition, but didn't take photos. When they inspected the car a half hour later, they found a small red spot above the wheel well, and charged me $503.00 to repair it, knowing that my insurance has a $500 deductible for rental car collision coverage. Alway take photos before - and after - you rent a car.
