One of the problems with American resistance is that the government has vastly greater resources than the citizens in terms of the ability to intimidate. Removing the shield of anonymity of the administration's ~~gang members~~ ICE affiliates creates new vulnerability. Similar threats to the comfort and expectation of immunity need to be found to discourage the leadership and their congressional and corporate allies.
