The single case that the judge's team cites established no such privilege. It upheld a NY statute banning such arrests in a courthouse. Her state has no such law.

And the cited case if (I'm pretty sure) still under appeal. A similar law in CA (banning ICE wearing masks) was just overturned but a blue judge.
