According to Alex Witt, on her show today.

Correction: Liz Stein, Epstein survivor, just said at a later time on Alex Witt's show that the spot will not be shown on the SuperBowl.

Elsewhere on DU, there was some speculation that the spot was only being released today.
In the above article, it is called a PSA, which means it was donated time.

~~I hope the SuperBowl watchers will note what time it shows. I don't watch sports, and I'd be interested in that information.~~
