can definitely make sure it is obtained. The courts would handle whether it is released publicly or not via FOIA (Freedom of Information Act IS still a valid law... ).

And it IS about "training". LEO nationwide have been trained on how to DEESCALATE. Apparently this rogue crew, or as my Philly city Sheriff called them "Fake wannabe whatevers", haven't been trained on that.

I think a reckoning is coming.
