Yes, their 'procedures' require changes. How many people are going to suffer and even die while we decide when and where we are going to change those 'procedures'? Especially when said offenders do not want to change?

I concede that we may not come to an agreement on this topic. However, each one is trying to save this country from itself.

Without solid and focused leadership on the matter, that is where we are. Trying to do the best we can.

Only history will be able to conclude which methodology saved the nation. Or, which one lost it.
