They are going to run out and buy bread and milk, of course!

(I have already been in touch with the family and will be chatting with some friends that are there tomorrow. They all seem prepared for the weather change. Of course, if it does get to near 0 at my mother's house, there will be some records broken, the town will suffer damage because the services were never made to deal with that kind of cold, and the sound will probably be frozen over for the first time in over a hundred years.)
