"virtually every dollar" raised would be spent on the board's mandate in Gaza. Fundraising to rebuild Gaza will be a separate effort.

So, billions of dollars for the 'board's mandate' (can't wait to see who pockets THAT!). Future fundraising for rebuilding Gaza (rebuilding for WHO, the displaced Palestinians, or for the FUNDRAISERS???)
Bibi is pissed off that trump got ahead of him on this giant heist!
