Bradley has already acknowledged he issued the order to fire on survivors. But he and Hegseth both know what orders the SecDef gave first. Congress should take Hegseth's testimony first, with Bradley present. Bradley should then offer his testimony after having heard what his boss says under oath. If Hegseth lies, they'll both know it.
