3. Virginia is ripe for a redistricting that favors democrats because we are a big majority in the state, population-wise.

It is only rural areas with low populations that strongly support trump. Redraw a few lines and Democrats will wield a great deal more power in the state. Democrats will return to traditional district boundaries if and when Republicans stop their drive to win elections by cheating.
