23. All the way to the SCOTUS?

That seems to be the problem point, right there. SCOTUS isn't what it's suppose to be... it's basically an autopen for trump and the NAR. So taking things to them doesn't guarantee any rights or laws will be upheld. We have to clean out the SCOTUS by either actually cleaning it out or adding so many new judges that their opinions are just one among many. And I'm sorry, but I do blame Biden for this. It was one of the first things he talked about upon becoming President, but even when the committee he formed came back with recommendations, he did nothing. I like Biden. I honestly didn't want him to drop out when he did. And I foretold then our chances of winning went down the tubes the moment he declared he wasn't running. But you can really like someone, and agree with them on their overall agenda, and still have strong feelings toward particular items. *This* was... and is... my heartburn, and will forever taint the administration in my eyes. I feel bad for it, but I strongly believe that part of the tripartite government should have been protected as much as possible, and not *from* us as the current admin declares, but against pushing it further and further into the corruption zone.
