Why, then, was the Presidental Seal on the front of the podium while Fat Donnie was talking?

Did he use Air Force One or Marine One, and if so, was the government compensated for the use of the aircraft, as is done with campaigning?

Or is the taxpayer footing the bill for Trump's latest money-making scam?
