7. Health insurers are grossly inefficient

Once, I had a contract with a health insurer in the IT field.

Toward, the end of the contract, they wanted me to sit around for a whole week to answer any questions.

At the most, all questions were answered under 1 hour.

Staying a whole week was unnecessary.
